The actual load flow in parallel of power cable should be corrected

Due to the current actual production of cable conductor and Supply section of the limit, user site two and multiple cables parallel to the use of electricity to load the situation exists. There are some problems in the practical use of multiple cables in parallel, which is worth analyzing and studying.

Otherwise, due to the same type of cable conductor with different specifications of the actual parallel power use process, because of the difference between the conductor resistance, causing serious uneven load current distribution, or even the shunt power use of individual cable cores appear bypass phenomenon, resulting in parallel use of cable in a cable with overload heating phenomenon. Even if the same model specifications of cable insulation in parallel use, will also be due to cable laying mode of the nonstandard, resulting in the actual use of cable and theoretical calculation of the value of the gap between the given values, which leads to the use of cable in parallel after the heating phenomenon. For example, 6 cable normal in the air without clearance in the laying of the space, the actual load flow to reduce to about theoretical load flow calculated value of about 60%. The actual load flow of each cable may be lower than the theoretical calculation of 60% of the given value of the load flow if the actual laying quantity of the cable is increased in the above laying mode. Under such laying conditions, even if the theoretical calculation of the parallel cable can meet the actual load demand, but after the actual parallel use of multiple cables will also appear overload heating phenomenon. Therefore, in the theoretical calculation design stage, the cable used in parallel must fully consider and correct the influence of different laying modes on the actual load flow of the cable, and make a reasonable provision for the actual laying way of the cable.
